Those who fail to plan, plan to fail
Over the years I’ve had the privilege of coaching first timers going from learning how to swim across the pool for the first time to completing their first triathlon.
There’s been athletes who have completed their first 5k, up to their first marathon and even qualifying for the Boston Marathon!
I’ve also coached athletes who have won their races, both age group and overall and some who earned their way to Age Group National Triathlon Championships and 2nd Place in the World AG Championships.

Olivia completed her first Ironman & qualified for the Boston Marathon!
“I set two goals for the 2015 season – finish my first Ironman (added bonus sub-13) and to qualify for the Boston Marathon. With Tony as my coach I have accomplished both as well as a PR at the 70.3 distance and a 10 minute PR at the marathon! Tony responds quickly and is flexible but challenges me.
