Happy Sunday everyone!
It’s been a fun week! On Wednesday was my birthday, I turned 32! Check out my post below for some funny facts about me. Later that day, I went out bowling and kind of had too much beer and pizza, but it was a good night!
I also celebrated my 100th post on this blog this week, so that’s exciting news! And yesterday, we had our 2nd annual ugly sweater party! Tons of things going on this week, but it’s been a fun one.
Here’s this week’s list of links I found interesting that I came across this week.

Friday: 100th Blog Post!
Stuff from around the web:
USA Cycling has made some changes in their rule book for next year. If you race any sanctioned USAC Races – which include the Sea Otter Classic if your coming to our camp – then you should read up on the new rules. I like the fact that athletes now have to buy an annual license. Not only does it benefit USAC, but it also benefits the athlete as it helps avoid the sandbagger situation.
In an interesting reference to the movie Office Space, this article on Competitor.com explains while just doing the bare minimum isn’t going to get you the results you are looking for.
Check out this story, and the crazy geared bike that’s going to attempt to hit the record 100 mph on a bike.
I think this has been out for a while now, but I just came across this version! And with winter training in full effect and many running indoors on the treadmill, this is a great chart showing what the comparable outdoor pace would be.
In case you missed this awesome video that’s been around the web lately, check it out below. This guy does some amazing tricks – on a mountain bike! This link takes you to a few things behind the scenes.
